Netaji Subhas–ICAR International Fellowship 2026

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) invites applications from eligible Indian and overseas nationals holding a Master’s degree in Agriculture and Allied Sciences for the Netaji Subhas–ICAR International Fellowship (NS-ICARIF) 2026.

The Fellowship offers opportunities for:

Indian candidates to pursue a Ph.D. abroad at identified overseas universities/institutions with strong research and teaching capabilities.

Overseas candidates to pursue a Ph.D. in India at Indian Agricultural Universities under the ICAR-AU system.

30 fellowships are available for a duration of three years.
