Consul General attended the Fanindra Nath Bose Memorial Project event at the University of Edinburgh, commemorating the centenary of the pioneering Indian sculptor’s passing.
He highlighted Bose’s contribution to Scotland’s artistic heritage and the enduring cultural bonds between India and Scotland. He also welcomed the proposed memorial at Bose’s grave in Liberton Cemetery, designed by Scottish sculptor Kenneth Munro.
