IDY 2026 - Suryathon, CGI, Edinburgh (14/06/2026)

Consulate General of India, Edinburgh, celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga2026 in association with Suryathon through a special 108 Surya Namaskaar session at the Consulate.
Several participants from across the world joined virtually, while members of the Indian diaspora and friends of India gathered to celebrate the spirit of yoga.
Surya Namaskaar, is a powerful sequence of 12 postures, which promotes strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
