Passing the Baton Dinner

Consulate General of India, Edinburgh was delighted to be part of the memorable “Passing the Baton” dinner as part of the Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026. It was hosted by First Minister John Swinney and attended by Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Harsh Sanghavi. The evening celebrated the enduring spirit of the Commonwealth and the shared journey from Glasgow 2026 to Amdavad 2030. A special highlight was the beautiful rendition and celebration marking 150 years of Vande Mataram, adding a memorable Indian touch to the occasion.
