Aviation Session organised by the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland as part of India Day.

As part of the Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026 programme, the Consulate General of India, Edinburgh was pleased to participate in the Aviation Session organised by the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland as part of India Day.
The roundtable was attended by Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Tourism & Transport, MP Stephen Flynn, the High Commissioner of India to the UK along with senior representatives from the Indian delegation, Scottish Government, tourism and aviation sectors, Edinburgh and Glasgow airports, and VisitScotland. Discussions focused on strengthening India–Scotland connectivity, enhancing cooperation in tourism, culture, transport and aviation, and exploring opportunities to deepen links between the two regions.
