11th Ayurveda Day in Glasgow

Consulate General of India, Edinburgh, in association with Patanjali Yog Peeth UK and Mother earth Hindu Temple, glasgow, celebrated the 11th #AyurvedaDay in Glasgow under the theme “Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow.” Our sincere thanks to East Renfrewshire Provost Ms. Mary Montague for joining the celebrations.
Interactive sessions by Ayurveda experts, including keynote speaker Ms Anupama Monga, explored Ayurveda’s holistic approach to health and well-being, spanning health promotion, disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and healthy ageing.
