Consul General Engages with Indian Community and NHS Dumfries & Galloway Leadership to Strengthen India–Scotland Healthcare Collaboration

Consul General was happy to meet with members of the Indian community in Dumfries, many of whom serve with dedication in the NHS and healthcare sector. He appreciated their invaluable contributions to the local economy and towards strengthening the enduring bonds between India and Scotland. Consul General also met with Ms Julie White, Chief Executive & Mr Mark Cook, Chairman of NHS Dumfries & Galloway. The discussions focused on healthcare collaboration, recognising the vital contribution of Indian professionals in the NHS, and exploring avenues for future cooperation in skills and training.
