Lecture demonstration on ‘Natya’ or Dance in association with Thandavam School of Dance and Music.

The Consulate General of India hosted a lecture demonstration on classical Indian dance in association with Thandavam School of Dance and Music on 26 Nov 2022. Renowned Bharatha Natyam exponent Vidushi Jayanthi Raman, from Portland Oregon USA, was the featured artist, along with Guru Dr Radha Krishnan of UK and emerging artist Arabhi Krishnan.  Dignitaries attending included: Consul General Bijay Selvaraj,  Member of Parliament Foysol Choudhury, and many others. Vidhushi Jayanthi Raman gifted her book on Bharatha Natyam to the dignitaries. The overflow audience enjoyed the presentation.
